Sarrail decorates Mrs Catherine Harley (sister of Field Marshal Lord French) in recognition of the work done for French troops by the Scottish Women's Hospital. (Some pullbacks.) Sarrail inspects British troops on parade. Mahon decorates Sarrail with the KCMG (note the French still cameramen and newsreel cameraman at work). The troops march past in salute.
