Description:Horses graze on the plains. Horses herded on to Southern Pacific railcar. Men talk beside a truck marked ORVILLE HOEM. One of the men visits a cattle farm. The cattle are observed as they eat from a trough, before a cheque is exchanged. A horse is shown being lassoed as are attempts to calm it. The man returns to Bozeman, Montana, where he eats with his family. Views of the household follow: children play with toys, a man uses a radio, a woman is shown wiping glasses in a fitted kitchen, and tending to a baby in a cot. The man reads from newspaper entitled 'The Record Stockman'. The reel ends with the herding of horses at R A Richters Horse camp.
