Summary:Officers, instructors and students in classroom discussion (presumably relating to the exercise). At an unidentified airfield, aircraft are bombed up, fuelled and ammunitioned. Message on field telephone; pilots scramble for their aircraft. Flares are shot from control tower. Jets take off and land. Figures are manipulated on planning table.
