Other titles:
Summary: A delegation of Allied parliamentary representatives arrives on board HMS Queen Elizabeth in the Firth of Forth, March-May 1918.
Description: The film is taken from the quarterdeck of HMS Queen Elizabeth. Conditions are very misty and the shape of another battleship can be indistinctly seen in the distance. The Allied representatives arrive by launch and come up the ship's side ladder onto the quarterdeck. They mill about, talking among themselves and with naval officers and press representatives. The delegates are each introduced to Admiral Sir David Beatty. They form up for a group photograph. One or two are in Italian military uniform but the majority are civilians.
