They are greeted by Generals Norstad, Moore and Stockwell. Farewell ceremony for General Johnson. General Moore and others in conference room, as General Johnson arrives with General Norstad and Brigadier Cardiff. General Norstad gives a speech and presents General Johnson with 1st Oak Leaf Cluster to his Distinguished Service Medal. The two Generals pose for photograph together, then for a photograph including Mrs Johnson.
