- Description: The children's banners show that they come from London or its suburbs. The procession passes two cars full of soldiers and one sergeant gets out and jokingly kisses the May Queen. The May Queen is later ceremonially crowned. It is raining in the park. People in a large crowd wave at the camera. Mounted police move through the crowd and one man can be seen to be led away in handcuffs.
