Description: This extremely slender contraption, developed by the Germans to be used as an observation platform from submarines, is tried out by the RAF. One sequence shows the machine being pulled by a jeep and rising about ten feet in the air. The second sequence shows the Rotakite being towed by a launch at sea and flying at about fifty feet. There are typewritten explanations (of the mechanics involved).
