Summary: Animated Second World War "Careless Talk" short with a rhyming commentary made to be shown to RAF personnel.
Description: Film uses various cartoon images: a wise owl, a laughing hyena, a garrulous parrot, a mythical "snoop", the three wise monkeys (wearing RAF forage caps) and a Hitler-faced rodent in a cage. The commentary consists of individual verses related to each animal "It's a well known fact that a parrot will spout, without knowing what he's talking about, so if you're brain resembles a parrot's m'lad, don't talk RAF matters - that's bad!" The commentary ends with "Which means that we've been warning you DON'T BE A MUTT, but remember it's vital to KEEP THAT TRAP SHUT....otherwise, in plain English CARELESS TALK COSTS LIVES"
