The inference is that if the policeman follows the rules he will always win. Geographical organisation of Air Force police authorities in Great Britain and abroad is described with the use of graphics. Hierarchy of rank and departmental organisation and responsibility described. Thirteen functions of RAF police are enumerated including crime prevention, security, traffic control, Criminal Record Office, police photography etc. Film ends with a dramatic sequence set in Cairo ca 1946, intended to show how the combination of separate police functions - investigation, CRO, forensic tests, control of traffic - solves a crime.
