Thirteen functions of RAF police are enumerated including crime prevention, security, traffic control, Criminal Record Office, police photography etc. Film ends with a dramatic sequence set in Cairo ca 1946, intended to show how the combination of separate police functions - investigation, CRO, forensic tests, control of traffic - solves a crime.
