Taxis with spongy brakes and collides with parked Canberra. If brakes feel spongy, stop and shut down and tow back to dispersal. Pilot wakes up late and leaves home in a rush on the scooter he'd been working on the previous day. His wife spots loose brake cable and tries to stop him. In his rush to get to work he takes a corner too fast and with no brakes ends up in the river. Something wrong with the brakes?...
