Description: Sequence showing a Mediterranean convoy in rough sea - filmed from a C Class cruiser (HMS Capetown or Carlisle). Some of the merchantmen fly kite balloons. Hunt Class destroyer (Type II) is part of the escort force. Convoy enters Algiers (?), where native labourers unload and stack drums of oil and lubricant, and transfer crates of rations to waiting transport. Local youths grimace and gesture for the camera.
