MCU as ratings man LCT's moored offshore in background). Pan to MS off starboard bow of LCT 1349 underway at slow speed. CU of stockless anchor on LCT's stern anchor bed. MLS and MS of LCTs under way. MCU, starboard bow to stern, as LCT 1313 passes.
II. Portsmouth. Crew of motor torpedo boat come up deck hatch. Rating services twin Oerlikon - Captain (RNVR Lieutenant) looks on. Ratings paint the side and scrub deck of Fairmile 'D' motor torpedo boat, V.762. MCU of officers on the bridge as motor torpedo boat enters harbour.
