Description: Harrier GR Mk 1 XV 742 hovers over Blake's flightdeck and lands on. Pilot deplanes. One of 820 Squadron's Wessex HAS.3s keeps station as a rescue helicopter. MS as Harrier lifts off again and hovers as Blake steams away. Harrier returns to the cruiser - note the full array of vortex generators on the wing. Another take off - flightdeck crew are evident in this sequence, the Flight Deck Officer, fire crewman in asbestos suit, men removing chocks. Another landing, followed by a take off. LA of pilot in cockpit, presumably preparing for yet another take off - the FDO turns and signals the cameraman to get back. Cut to aerial LS broad on the cruiser's port quarter and telephoto to flightdeck as Harrier manoeuvres for position, and alights. LS as Harrier climbs away from flightdeck and hovers. MS as camera aircraft passes stern to bow past Blake - Harrier down on flightdeck. Cut back to onboard shots - men ready to remove Harrier's chocks, crew watching from helicopter hangar. Harrier touches down and is chocked up. Wessex keeps station off starboard quarter. LA.CU of pilot in the Harrier cockpit - a FLY NAVY sticker is on the windshield.
