Description: MS as HM crosses the gangways onto HMS Duke of York and salutes the officers waiting to receive him. The Queen follows. Camera pans over crew members crowded on a 5.25 in turret and superstructure. King inspects marine guard. CU as HM talks with senior officers. Inspection of ship's officers - King talks with the chaplain. King and Queen go back across the gangway. Quayside crowded with spectators - press cameraman in foreground. MS of the assembled crew as they formally cheer the King. HM salutes from the quayside.
