(Tape 3) Scenes on board HMS Liverpool in its home port for the Commemoration of the Battle of the Atlantic (BA 93). Flags are prepared in rainy and windy conditions. Fleet review is seen from on board HMS Liverpool. (26 May)
(Tape 4) BA 93 Parade in Liverpool: Parade participants prior to forming up; interview with two captains (veterans). Marchpast with CAS is shown, shot from Whitechapel Platform. (29 May)
(Tape 5) Further footage of the marchpast: military bands, sailors and veterans. (29 May)
(Tape 6) Final shots of veterans' marchpast (finishing at St George's Hall), with soundbites from the veterans about the commemorations; also general views. (29 May)

Charity runners from the crew of HMS Cornwall (raising money for Alder Hey Children's Hospital by running from Plymouth to Liverpool) arrive outside, pose for cameras and are interviewed. They are presented with a cheque for £2100. (b) Shots of air display over Liverpool.
(Tape 10) The opening of Derby House, Liverpool, by the Commander in Chief Royal Navy as part of the BA 93 commemoration. (Derby House was the Western Approaches Command Centre in Liverpool from 1941.)
(Tape 11) Commemorative service for the Battle of the Atlantic at Liverpool Cathedral in the presence of HRH Prince Charles and HRH Diana Princess of Wales. (30 May)
