Description: The hospital ship Dinard enters Grand Harbour and the casualties come off, walking wounded first. They are given sweets and cigarettes by the St John's representative on the island. The stretcher cases are loaded into ambulances and driven off to the 39 General Hospital. Casualties on the wards. Male and female patients outside the wards with the Matron, orderlies and MO's of the hospital.
