Cut back to camera-craft and HA.MS as she approaches the beach to lower ramp over the line of hedgehog obstacles - the camera pans left and right to indicate the position and extent of the defences. Cut to MS off the port bow of LCT(4) 1064 lying offshore - she has pushed aside an Element C obstacle which now stands close up against her port side - she slowly makes stern way to free herself. MS of LCT(4) 1064 at speed approaching tetrahedra - film cuts before she reaches the line. MS of tetrahedra at low tide - one is damaged, with a broken leg. Tractor drags damaged Element C fences out of the shallows.
III. LVT(4) enters the water to make across estuary to a ramp excavated in a deep earthen bank - the vehicle makes three attempts to climb the ramp. Cut to LVT(4) on land, crowded with spectators - vehicle reverses. MS of the track marks left by LVT - a series of small explosions occur in the mud, presumably intended to simulate mines. MS pan along steep bank of estuary - a detached house stands near the water's edge. Final MCU of officer and three crew on LCT(5).
