III. Scenes on board RFA Argus. Seamen form a human chain to take small supplies (packs of soft drinks etc) below deck. Forklift truck moves a pallet containing hundreds of cans of Pepsi Cola. Shots from Argus onto quayside where a large crane lifts supplies onto the deck. Below deck, empty pallets are moved around by forklift truck; also shots of deck elevator. On bridge wing, the Commanding Officer speaks with his Executive Officer about the day's business (the scene is staged for the camera). Further shots of crane loading supplies.
