More onboard scenes, including officers' mess and EOs at work. Submarine in Scottish loch: another EO interviewed. Apparent anti-submarine exercise (paravane, sonar). Training at shore station: main hall, engineering, laboratory, workshops. Helicopter (Lynx ?) taking off and also being maintained; another interview with technician.
