Description: Westland S.51 Dragonfly 901 helicopter of the ship's flight of HMS Eagle approaches HMS Indomitable, and sets down near the camera. The aircraft is chocked up and the First Sea Lord, Admiral Sir Rhoderick McGrigor, emerges to be greeted by 2-in-C Mediterranean Fleet, Rear-Admiral W W Davis, Captain W Woods and Commader O Roberts of Indomitable.. The party walks off towards the island - Fireflies are parked aft. Crewmen lay out gear for a jackstay transfer, and a handling party falls in. A Firefly flies low past Indomitable. The destroyer HMS Diamond closes from port to run alongside. Once light lines have been passed, the messenger is hauled across. Admiral McGrigor transfers in a chair, watched by Captain Woods. A second officer is transferred by a stirrup. Commander Roberts surveys the proceedings.
