- Description: I. "LCT(5) 2038" approaches the beach and unloads jeeps of 131st Brigade (Queens), 7 Armoured Division, and Humber scout cars, CMP 15-cwt GS and Bedford 15-cwt radio trucks onto chespaling track. LCM(3) passes close offshore. Nearby, "LCT(6) 535" and "LCT(3) 451" unload - jerry cans from "451" are transferred to a LCVP alongside and then passed to pioneers on the beach. II. MLS pan from the bridge of a LCT, over beached "LCM(1) 405" and LCM(3) to a Dennis tipper truck moving along the shoreline - two Sherman BARVs of REME Beach Recovery Section, bulldozers and mobile cranes appear in the background. An Austin K5 passes the tipper, moving in the opposite direction. To starboard of camera craft lies a LCM(3), "LCM(1) 426", and "LCT(6) 573", which is unloading. Cut to MS off the port bow of "LCT(5) 2186" as it unloads Morris Quad and 25-pounders of A and C troops, 74 Field Regiment RA, signals jeeps and a trailer. "LCM(1) 372" alongside LCT. Sunken LCM(1) in shallow water offshore. "LCT(3) 443" approaches the beach, lowering its bow ramp. Cut to "LCT(5) 2186", now unloading D troop Morris Quad and 25-pounder, and pan right to "LCT(5)2331" as it approaches, steering to port to beach between LCM(3) and "LCT 451" - "2331" unloads Morris Bofors SPG of 102 LAA Regiment RA. MS as "LCT(4) 599" comes in on the other side of "LCT 451", and unloads White scout car - bulldozer of RE Mechanical Equipment Section and Bren gun carriers are parked on the beach. "LCT 7051" unloads White scout cars, Austin K5, Morris Bofors SPGs, Fordson 30-cwt GS and Bedford water truck. III. LS eastwards along the beach from Wheeled Vehicle Exit to beach group positions and landing craft. LS westwards - 3-ton 4x4 Karrier parked in the foreground, and a man semaphoring to craft offshore. Commer 4x2 approaches.
