Description: (Tape 1) Scenes from the first day of the parachute training course. Indoor introductory training takes place, including the use of parachute harnesses and practising jumps and ground rolls.
(Tape 2) Scenes from the second day of the course. In a hangar, an instructor gives briefing and goes through safety drills before final fitting of parachutes. Several parachute drops at small drop zone are filmed from the ground; parachutes are gathered. Second briefing for a subsequent jump later in the day: preparation of parachutes and embarkation into aircraft.
