Description: Mitchell Mk I's and II's of 320 Squadron are seen rolling along the perry track towards the runway for take off. Shots are good mid to close up. The take offs are seen framed in the arch of a local building, the aircraft being a very long way off and the view awkward. Other shots take in the control tower and an RAF flag flying from the masthead. Hurricanes fly over the airfield in a long shot, some with the control tower in the foreground. Other buildings and some Mitchell take offs are shown. Two white Meteor jets taxi to the runway and away from the camera.
