Description:A fictional scenario is played out, centring on two characters (Johnny and Joe) who are contaminated at work, to impress on the audience how to take precautions against these hazards; namely using common sense and following the health drill. The film sets out in detail the procedures taken to guard against exposure to radiation, and addresses what can happen when such precautions are not taken, or mistakes are made. It shows how human error can cause radioactive contamination to spread, and stresses that radioactive material is most harmful when it gets into the body. Fortunately Johnny and Joe are not severely contaminated and make a full recovery. The closing message urges a community mindset; "Contamination control means more than every man for himself. Other people are affected by the care each of us exercises in it".
