Description: Camp inmates in snow beside camp fence; general views of the buildings of the camp and the nearby industrial complex; architects plans of camp buildings (crematoria etc); the main gateway ("Arbeit macht Frei"); the machinery for electrifying the barbed wire; the overcrowded interior of a woman's hut; dead bodies in the camp; survivors, including a long column of children (twins), are escorted or carried away; prisoners, including children, show their tattooed numbers; the gas chambers and crematoria, and their equipment; Russian soldiers take prisoners' evidence; a long sequence illustrates the Nazis' despoliation of the dead (soldiers show warehouses full of human hair, dentures, spectacles, clothing including infants' shoes, hair- and shaving-brushes, suitcases); a proper mass funeral is conducted for several dead; Army doctors examine prisoners.
