The German rocketry programme in the Second World War - V1 and V2. US missiles: Redstone and Viking. The Soviet rocket programme. The Jupiter-C sounding rocket and the Redstone ballistic missile. Polaris. American nuclear defence missiles in Silos. Final sequence uses animation to illustrate the the various phases of the proposed manned flight to the moon.
