Summary: Army Instructional film illustrating the setup of a radio relay network between Corps, Division and Brigade headquarters. Planning meetings at Corps level, at which requirements are discussed, lead to lower-level meetings at which practical problems are addressed and further plans made before men are briefed and work begins. Reconnaissance and the selection of appropriate sites for relay stations is explained, and truck-mounted and man-portable equipment set up, tested and aligned. The procedure for switching on and setting up B.70 and C.41 radio relay equipment is described in detail and an overview of the resulting communications network is given in conclusion.
